She is an active member of the Salisbury/Rowan Association of REALTORS®, serving as Secretary in 2003, President-Elect in 2004, and President in 2005. She was named the 2005 REALTOR® of the Year for the Salisbury/Rowan Association of Realtors.

Beth subscribes to both the Salisbury and Carolina Multiple Listing Services, and is an Accredited Buyer's Representative, a Graduate of the Realtor Institute, and is a certified Buyer Relocation Specialist.
